Module 2 Goal
- Outline the vital elements of taking a patient history during a telehealth exam

- Obtain history during a telehealth encounter and incorporate information into the
care plan
- Develop an effective rapport with patients via video visits attending to “webside
manner” (e.g. eye contact, talking speed, tone, body language and non-verbal cues)
