Schedule a New Simulation Activity and/or Standardized Patients

Please complete the event request form in the link below. Once the request is received, we will review the activity details, dates and times and respond within 2 business days. All requests for SPEAR Center space are NOT final until a confirmation email is received from the SPEAR Center.

Submission of a completed SPEAR case template is required at least six weeks prior to the activity date. If a completed case template is not submitted by the six-week deadline, your event will be canceled.
