Four MCG early-career researchers secure AHA funding
"Early career funding is one of the most important investments we can make to advance the future of science," says MCG Dean David Hess, MD.

The MPH Internship is your opportunity to put classroom learning into practice. You’ll build professional skills, connect with mentors, and gain practical experience that prepares you for your future career in public health.
The MPH Internship is a 2-credit hour course that requires 75 hours of field experience completed over one semester (16 weeks in Fall/Spring or 12 weeks in Summer).
It offers students practical, applied learning opportunities in public health while focusing on their MPH concentration areas:
Please note: Students are responsible for securing their own internship placement.
