At Augusta University, Dr. Tsipotis has established a multidisciplinary IBD-Psychiatry
clinic and is leading the development of an IBD Center of Excellence. His research
is focused on inflammatory bowel disease, including treatment response, quality of
care and emerging immunie targets, with publications in peer-reviewed journals.
He is an active member of the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG), the American
Gastroenterological Association (AGA), and the American Society for Gastrointestinal
Endoscopy (ASGE). He has served on the Research Committee of the American Society
for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE). Dedicated to patient-centered care, Dr. Tsipotis
is committed to advancing innovative therapies and improving outcomes for patients
living with Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis.
