Compliance Training: All employees are assigned mandatory Annual Compliance Training in January. New hires have a separate mandatory compliance training to be completed within 30 days of access to AU Percipio. Access to Percipio is manually granted and can come several days after your official start date.

JagStart
JagStart is our comprehensive virtual new employee orientation, designed to introduce you to the unique advantages of being an Augusta University employee. You'll engage with fellow new hires and campus experts, learning about benefits and resources from day one.
Tuition Assistance Program (TAP)
Promoting the professional growth of full-time university employees by waiving tuition and select fees for up to nine credit hours per semester. This benefit applies to courses taken at Augusta University and other USG institutions.
Coaching
Our exclusive coaching program offers employees 8-12 personalized sessions over approximately six months. A dedicated coach will help you reframe mindsets, set professional boundaries, navigate workplace challenges, and achieve your goals. Book your meeting today to get started.
Employee Discount Program
From events, attractions, travel and gyms to public transportation, our employees have access to a variety of unique discount programs. Augusta University's Faculty, Staff and Students with a discount program which covers a wide range of products and services.
The discounts offered are arranged by categories. Simply select an item from the main menu to see the list of participating vendors. Getting a discount is easy! Local vendors might ask to see your Augusta University ID and on-line retailers may require you to enter a special "Discount Code" on their web site. Either way the discount will be applied at the point of purchase. Please note that some discounts are exclusively offered to faculty and staff.

Customized Development Workshops
If you looking to develop your team through a retreat or series of events or if your department is struggling with interpersonal communications our staff is here to support you through our individualized & co-created approach.
Customized development workshops are offered on a variety of topics and can be facilitated face-to-face (preferred) or virtually. Our staff will work with requesters to design programs that fit their unique needs or can adapt based on examples such as teambuilding professional development, communication, and leadership development. Offerings can include stand-alone, one-time sessions, a series of 60–120-minute workshops, or longer, half-day/full-day retreats. All services offered will be modified based on the initial consultation. Common themes include but are not limited to:

Odyssey Book Club
Join the Odyssey Book Club and dive deep into five fantastic books a year! We meet monthly for just one hour, which means you'll have plenty of time to enjoy each selection over two months.
