The Executive Committee shall serve as the primary voice of the Faculty to the Dean in the shared governance of the college in the operational areas of strategic planning, unit planning and resource allocation. Further, the committee shall organize HCB Assembly meetings, oversee HCB committee appointments and elections, and facilitate communication between the HCB standing committees and coordinate their activities. In addition, its duties shall include providing a forum for the articulation of faculty concerns about the College.
