Founded in 2013, HamesNet is a group of people working together to improve primary care and community health in Georgia.

We partner with communities, clinicians, and researchers to identify health needs and work together to ensure that programs and projects address those needs.

Through collaboration, we can improve the health and well-being of all people and their communities in Georgia.
