Two Clinics Offering Comprehensive Dental Care

Augusta University's Dental College of Georgia provides preventative, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry services through two comprehensive dental program clinics: the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Clinic (AEGD) and the General Practice Residency Clinic (GPR).

The intent of the AEGD and GPR programs is to further train general dentists to address patient needs through excellent comprehensive care by serving all of your dental needs for a lifetime of comfort, function, and health.

Both AEGD and GPR residents, supervised by a team of experienced, residency-trained general dentist faculty, provide care to a wide variety of patients ranging from the medically compromised to special needs.

Additionally, our General Practice residents have the ability to provide hospital-based dentistry to those who are in need of such care.

From elimination of infection to creating a beautiful and healthy smile, we can help you obtain your goals and fulfill all of your dental needs.  Part of the residents’ training involves knowing when to utilize the abilities of our specialty clinics which are all represented here at Augusta University.

Your care will be delivered in a dedicated clinic within The Dental College of Georgia, a world-class facility that offers easy access to every dental specialty under one roof should a referral be needed.
