SARS2 SeroPrevalence And Respiratory Tract Assessment (SPARTA)

This study will investigate the level and duration of protection provided by natural infection with COVID-19 in health care workers and other high-risk populations. The study will also examine risk factors and immune responses to coronavirus infection. Subjects participating in the study will have blood, saliva, and nasal samples collected monthly, or possibly more frequently depending upon the subject's coronavirus status, and will be asked to report any changes in their health over the course of the study. Subject participation may last up to two years.
