The American Society of Hematology (ASH) Research Registry: A Multicenter Research Registry of Patients with Hematologic Disease

This is a data collection study designed to gather key information that will help advance research and treatment for blood diseases like sickle cell disease. A bank of information, called Data Hub will collect and store patient medical information, family history, and other related information for future use in medical research. Data Hub data may also be used to determine if a patient may be eligible to participate in future research studies to test new treatments.
