The purpose of this study is to measure if there are differences in landing forces when a the person is focusing on the landing or when they may be distracted with other tasks. Subjects in this study will jump from two different height platforms of 1ft and 2ft numerous times both while forcusing on their landing and while distracted with a basketball task. Testing will take about sixty minutes and only one visit to the lab is required. The study will be conducted in the kinesiology lab at the Forest Hills Campus.
