Welcome to Augusta University! Here are some quick steps that will guide you through setting up your access to various AU systems. If you need help with any of the steps below, contact one of the Help Desk locations listed in the GET HELP section. 

Step 1: Activate Your Account

You should have received a letter from Admissions with your NetID username. You must first activate your account and set a password (see the Activate Account page).  If you have already completed this step, move to Step 2.

Step 2: Register for Duo

Two-factor authentication with Duo is required for all AU systems that can be accessed from off-campus. You must register a mobile phone number, tablet, or landline with Duo before you can log into any systems. Remember, you will need to have the device with you when you try to log into an AU system, we recommend you register a number or device you will have access to at all times. Step 3: Log into Pounce or JagMail

Now that you are registered for Duo, you can log into Pounce or JagMail
