The Mindset Introduction is an introduction to the concepts of growth and fixed mindset.
Identify student behaviors associated with growth and fix mindset, and recognize the faculty role in influencing student mindset. Faculty can begin to develop new strategies to promote growth mindset.
Identify fixed vs. growth mindset praise, and recognize the three parts of wise feedback.
Receive a rubric for evaluating current syllabi and options to use it as a tool to increase student growth mindset.
