Students will learn about the main learning styles and discover their preferred learning
style. They will also apply their understanding of preferred learning styles to improve
their learning and study skills. The study cycle will be introduced as well as techniques
for reducing test anxiety.

This workshop will allow you to explore efficient types of note-taking and reading
strategies to help you take active control of your learning. You will learn strategies

is negative in nature and occurs frequently enough that it interferes with our wellbeing.
