Augusta University will be open and serving our students through the end of Fall semester. Please see the list below for updates and announcements concerning Winter Break.
Augusta University will be closed Thursday, December 24, 2020- Friday, December 25,
2020 and Friday, January 1, 2021.
The following update includes office closures in addition to the dates listed above.
Residence Halls will close for undergraduate students on Friday, December 11, 2020 at noon. Elm Hall and University Village will be accessible for students who are approved to remain during the break. Access to these communities require an activated AU ID badge. Students with 12-month contracts (Graduate and Professional students) are not required to leave the residence hall during the break.

The Parking and Transportation Office will be closed December 28, 2020- December 31, 2021.
Hours of operation for the month of December will be as follows:

Campus Recreation will be closed each weekend (Saturday and Sunday) through Winter Break including
Jaguar Student Activity Center (JSAC)
The JSAC and the Office of Student Life and Engagement will be open with a reduced staff Monday, December 28, 2020- Thursday, December 31, 2020 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Student Counseling and Psychological Services (SCAPS)
Students can call SCAPS at 706-737-1471 to schedule an appointment or talk with an emergency counselor.
For afterhours emergencies, or for the days the University is closed, students can call the Georgia Crisis and Access Line at 1-800-715-4225 or use the myGCAL app to chat with a crisis counselor.
Student Health Services will be open 8am - 5pm through Wednesday, December 23, 2020. The office will be closed Monday, December 28, 2020 - Thursday, December 31, 2020. The office will reopen with regular operating hours on Monday, January 4, 2021.

Testing and Disability Services
Testing and Disability Services will remain open the week of December 21 and December 28, excluding the official University holidays of December 24-25 and January 1.
