DENTAL HYGIENE ALUMNI SCHOLARSHIP
This scholarship recognizes dental hygiene students who demonstrate leadership capabilities
through community, school and professional activities/organizations involvement.
CRITERIA: The scholarship applicant must:
1) be a second year student
2) have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
3) be self-motivated to continually strive to grow both professionally and personally
4) be able to provide a list of career plans and goals for the future,
5) submit one letter of recommendation from a peer and one letter of recommendation
from a faculty or professional
The recipient of the scholarship will be selected by the Department of Dental Hygiene
faculty during summer semester.
AMOUNT: $250
