All supporting documents including official transcripts, resume/CV, references, official test scores, letters of recommendation, observation hour documents, supplemental applications, and any additional admissions documents requested by the applicable program must be submitted directly to the Office of Academic Admissions to complete an applicant’s file. Official transcripts and test scores are those that are sent directly from the institution or testing center or are hand delivered in a sealed envelope. If documents are submitted to the specific department—processing of documents may be delayed. If you were previously enrolled as a student at Augusta College, or Augusta State University (and did not graduate) prior to spring 2014 the Office of Academic Admissions no longer has access to any transcripts that you may have submitted for previous admissions applications. If you wish to re-apply to Augusta University, you will be asked to provide official transcripts from all outside institutions attended. Applicants to the Dental College of Georgia or the Medical College of Georgia should refer to their specific admissions website for more information regarding how to submit supporting documentation.
