The MCGCT will increase the impact and extend the reach of the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University through digital connectivity in medical education, population health, healthcare delivery and advocacy throughout the state of Georgia.
The mission of the MCGCT is to leverage healthcare connectivity technology to address Georgia’s healthcare disparities by utilizing MCG’s statewide regional campus network and Georgia’s academic health center to connect patient populations to academic healthcare resources.
In conjunction with AU Health, the MCGCT is a state-wide resource for Teleheath-Excellence focused on using existing, new and emerging technology to care for the citizens of Georgia.
