Brian E. Bergeron, DMD has served since 2013 as Professor and Endodontics Residency Program Director at the Dental College of Georgia, Augusta University. He received his DMD from the University of Florida and completed a General Practice Residency at Offutt AFB in Omaha, NE. After practicing as a general dentist for 8 years, he completed a Residency in Endodontics at Wilford Hall Medical Center, Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX. He served 23 years in the USAF Dental Corps, to include his final assignment as Endodontics Residency Director for the USAF program at Keesler AFB Medical Center in Biloxi, MS. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics and a Fellow in the International College of Dentists. He served nationally in the ADA House of Delegates and as a member of the CODA Endodontics Review Committee. Currently he continues as a CODA site-visitor and as a member of the Scientific Advisory Board for the Journal of Endodontics and Journal of Dentistry. He served on the board of directors for the American Board of Endodontics from 2016-2022 (President 2021-22), followed by Counselor from 2022-24. Currently he represents District III (GA, FL, SC, NC, &TN) as an American Association of Endodontists Board Director.
