We believe scholarship is a constantly changing dynamic that is necessary to support evidence-based clinical practice and to develop new technologies that will revolutionize health care. Many of our college's accomplished faculty are recognized experts in numerous health care fields.
The Office of the Associate Dean for Research supports CAHS faculty efforts to identify, apply, and successfully engage scholarship in line with Augusta University’s scholarship vision – to become a destination of choice for discovery, creativity, and innovation. We cluster our research in three core concentrations, Quality of Health Care, Rehabilitation, and Injury and Prevention. We are enthusiastic about collaborative opportunities with fellow expert researchers and clinicians with similar interests.
The College of Allied Health Sciences offers a variety of support services to faculty engaged in research. CAHS faculty planning to submit a research proposal must notify the office of the Associate Dean for Research by submitting this Research Proposal Request form.
