Excellent Employment Opportunities

Our MPA program will help you advance your career in public service. We provide a versatile education in many areas of public service, such as cybersecurity management, economic and community development, city and county management, criminal justice, public health, and more. Our graduates work in key positions such as city and county managers, planners, researchers, chiefs of staff to political leaders, and chief law enforcement officials. Most of our students are either employed while completing their programs or obtain employment soon after graduation.

Gain Experience

Our MPA program provides hands-on education for public managers and opportunities to join student organizations. Through course projects, students work in the field with community partners like North Augusta Forward and the Greater Augusta Arts Council. Students also have the opportunity to participate in the program’s successful internship course, which has a record of 100% placement for students wanting to work for public agencies and nonprofits.
