Communications and Marketing will be hosting “Mingle at the Mural” on Monday, March 18 from noon until 1:30 p.m. at 1030 Reynolds St. to celebrate the new downtown mural created by Augusta University students, faculty and staff.
Craig Albert, PhD, said it appears victory does not seem likely for either side, and he expects it to form into a “frozen conflict.”
“I asked a couple of the lawmakers why they chose state politics over federal politics, and they all said because they felt they could have a bigger impact on our citizens at the state level," said Lee Saffold, a fourth-year political science major.
Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs Neil J. MacKinnon, PhD, believes Laurence Miller, PhD, and Colleen Walters, DNP, are up for the challenge and have potential to be future leaders of the university.
