Catheterization Laboratory

Minimally-Invasive Life-Saving Care

Cardiac Catheterization is leading-edge technology, offering life-saving diagnosis and treatment of the heart without major surgery. Many conditions that once required an open procedure can now be treated by inserting small catheters into a blood vessel. This minimizes patient discomfort, decreases time spent in the hospital, and does not require the use of anesthesia. We offer this state-of-the-art care to our patients in Augusta and the surrounding CSRACentral Savannah River Area.

Take the Difficult Cases

Beyond basic catheterization services, we understand complex conditions require extraordinary care.

We welcome the difficult cases that other schools and health systems may not be prepared to manage.
