MCG clinical campus in Atlanta 'one of the most exciting things in our history,' dean says

Establishing the Medical College of Georgia’s first clinical campus in Atlanta will strengthen both the reach of its healthcare and its ability to produce more physicians for an underserved state, MCG’s dean said. “To me, it’s one of the most exciting things in our history,” Dr. David Hess told The Augusta Chronicle on Friday. Hess, who's also Augusta University’s executive vice president of medical affairs, on Friday delivered his annual State of the College address at Lee Auditorium on AU’s Health Sciences Campus.
