Community Outreach

As part of our mission, the College of Education offers low- and no-cost professional learning opportunities to assist our students, faculty, staff, and alumni to acquire, enhance, and refine the knowledge, skills, practices, and dispositions necessary to create and support high achievement in all areas of study.

The college hosts workshops, conferences, expos, courses, certifications, school-based cohorts and more in the pursuit of professional excellence.

"As we confront persistent, and often perplexing, issues related to mental health, wellness, and intellectual development, our faculty at the COE remains committed to responsive and relevant research and teaching. The professional learning opportunities we offer reflect our commitment to high-impact teaching and superior professional counseling and kinesiology practices as our standard, not an exception." Dr. Zach Kelehear, Vice President for Instruction and Innovation
