Dr. Cain teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in strategic management and entrepreneurship and his research focuses on organizational impression management, social approval assets, and the dental industry. In addition to his role with the Hull College of Business, he guest-lectures in the practice management course at the Dental College of Georgia, is a member of the Salvation Army Augusta Area Command's Advisory Board, and was selected to participate in Georgia Forward's Fall 2016 Young Gamechangers leadership action program. Prior to entering academia, he was an entrepreneur in the tech and healthcare industries and worked in creative marketing in the video game industry. He earned a PhD in Business Administration with a Strategic Management concentration and an Organizational Behavior minor concentration from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, an MBA from Wake Forest University and an AB in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
