Brand Guidelines

Copy and Print Services follows the Augusta University Brand Guidelines for all material printed for departmental use.

Copier Management

Copy and Print Services is pleased to offer a departmental copier management program. Copy and Print Services has negotiated special pricing for departmental copiers through Pollock Company. We have a wide range of models including color copiers to choose from. All systems are network ready for printing and scanning at no additional charge. Generally, the departmental copier management program offers better equipment at a lower cost for departments. The machines are refreshed about every 5 years.

The departmental copier program also features PaperCut Print Management software that can offer tools to help improve security, control cost and reduce the environmental impact of printing.

Please contact Kelly Fincher for more information.
