CyTOF XT utilizes inductively coupled plasma (ICP) time-of-flight (TOF) mass spectrometry to discriminate metal-conjugated probes on a per-cell basis. The precision of measuring marker expression using CyTOF XT is unmatched by fluorescence cytometry methods. Cleaner signals generate more accurate data.

  • Simple mix and match of >50 markers due to minimal background signal or spillover
  • Single-cell suspension input
  • .fcs (FCS 3.0) and .txt data output
  • No autofluorescence; no single stained controls and signal compensation or deconvolution required after data collection
  • Sample multiplexing for high-quality data
  • Samples and antibody cocktails are freezable
