The On-line Collaborative Research Environment (OnCore) is a comprehensive web-based clinical research management system (CRMS) that seamlessly integrates all of the components of research activity across the research enterprise.
OnCore is Augusta University’s CRMS of record. OnCore provides an informatics infrastructure for managing research, including the full range of operational components:
OnCore is designed to lessen the burden on investigators and research staff, so that conducting research is organized and efficient. It is not limited to administrative tasks, however. OnCore has the capability to capture and store research data that can be exported for additional analyses and reporting.

You will be assigned videos based on your research role.
The OnCore Office will register you in Forte Academy. In addition, a user profile in the OnCore Training database will be created for you for practice purposes. Details will be provided in a confirmation email.
The Subjects – Basics, Financials – Basics and the Protocols - Basics training videos, require completion of the Forte Academy Knowledge Check after watching the respective video. A score of 80% is required to pass. Please email PDFs of the Knowledge Check results and the Certificate(s) of Completion to the OnCore Office at oncore@augusta.edu.
Upon receipt of your competency certifications, the OnCore Office will submit the request for you to access AU resources (affiliate sites only), and your OnCore account will be activated in the PROD (real) database.
