Krishnan M, Dhandapani, PhD., was awarded an NIH/NINDS ROS grant entitled "NLRP3 inflammasome and TBI" (R03NS084228, $150,000 from 6/1/13-5/31/15).
Sergei A. Kirov, PhD. was awarded an American Heart Association Grant-in-Aid entitled "Brain injury depolarizations' impact on the integrity of synaptic circuitry" (13GRNT16570006, 2-year direct cost: $150,000 from 2013-2015). He was also awarded an NIH/NINDS R56 grant entitled "Synaptic Circuitry in Stroke" (R56NS0835858, 1-year direct cost $250,000 from 2013-2014).
