Director’s Innovation Award

Purpose

To support innovative, high-risk ideas that can lead to new areas of cancer-related research at the Georgia Cancer Center.

Amount: Up to $10,000 for single, highly focused projects

Criteria

• This opportunity is limited to Cancer Center Members
• Any area of cancer research is eligible

Review Criteria

No formal application forms or written proposals! Simply send the title of your idea and a 250-word abstract to Lisa Middleton, PhD. Individual, in-person presentations to a panel consisting of executive committee members will be made on an invitation-only basis, at the earliest opportunity.  You will receive a decision with a week.
