During the fall 2020 season, it will be time once again to complete your Annual Volunteer Updates. These updates help to ensure that you are fully prepared to continue your volunteer partnership with us into the upcoming year. Included in these updates will be: 2021 Influenza Vaccination (flu shot), Tuberculin Questionnaire, and Annual Volunteer Paperwork Renewal.
Explanation of Required Volunteer Items
All completed documents must be submitted no later than October 31st.
