London is the financial capital of the world, so it is no wonder that some of the
biggest companies in the world have headquarters here. This course explores the cultural
challenges of doing business in another country. It will focus on how to communicate,
manage and lead individuals, conduct operations, and
market products in countries with different languages, characteristics, customs, values and attitudes. Special emphasis will also be placed on the business culture of the United Kingdom. It will offer the student the opportunity for a multi-disciplinary study of the past, present and future of business in the
UK and Europe. Examine how the government, legal systems, and Brexit affect local and international business.
