Courses Offered:

BUSA 4200/4950 Doing Business in Italy (3 hours) 
Professor: Jim Grayson

This course analyzes and explores the business and culture climate in Italy.  Italy is a prosperous nation with a strong economy and thriving cultural life.  Students prepare for the visit by analyzing culture, industries, and companies.  The in-coiuntry visit includes business and cultural exploration in Rome, Florence and Milan.

Business students may elect to take BUSA 4950 if they have already completed BUSA 4950. 

** If the program travel is cancelled due to travel restrictions from the State Department, University System of Georgia, or Augusta University, this course will NOT be offered during Summer 2022.**

  • Walking Tour of Rome with Guide
  • Welcome Dinner

Sunday, May 15

  • Full day of site visits at the School of International Cooperation for Development of Emerging Countries, American University of Rome, or the Hotel Madison

Monday, May 16

  • Vatican museum visit
  • Colosseum and site visit

Tuesday, May 17

  • Rome to Florence via train
  • Walking tour of Florence with guide
  • Group Dinner

Wednesday, May 18

  • Full day of site visits at Stefano Ricci, Montblanc, Uffizzi Gallery, or UNICEF

Thursday, May 19

  • Florence to Milan via Train
  • Site Visits at Moncler, Versace, or UniCredit Bank

Friday, May 20

  • Walking Tour of Milan
  • Potential Site Visit at Eataly 
  • Farewell Dinner 

Saturday, May 21

  • Depart Milan for Atlanta

Hull College of Business Scholarship and ADP Study Abroad Scholarship

Hull College of Business is proud to offer these scholarships for students enrolled in a Hull College of Business degree program and participating in a study abroad program. BBA and MBA students are eligible to apply for either scholarship regardless of the trip's college sponsor. Scholarship awards typically range from $300 to $1000, dependent upon the trip.
