The Master Leaders is a cohort based extended learning program designed for students
to learn about leadership and demonstrate skills through service.
Cultivated by a blended curriculum of Strengths-Based Leadership, Servant Leadership,
Rite of Passage, and the Social Change Model Theory participants will engage in monthly
sessions, group socials, and one-on-one coaching with the leadership staff. Participants
will:
- Identify and leverage personal strengths and the strengths of others
- Develop social responsibility to serve others, especially the disenfranchised, by
learning the 10 characteristics of servant leadership
- Cultivate a sense of belonging within the campus and the extended community
- Complete a Legacy Project focused on positive social change
- Host various leadership workshops, programs, and campus throughout the community
