Math student doing classworkThe departmental exam for the Summer 2020 semester for MATH 1111 is scheduled for Friday, July 10, 8:00 PM‐1:00 PM. The exam will be online. All MATH 1111 students are expected to take the exam at the scheduled time.

Here are a few important facts about the departmental final exam:

1. It will count as at least 30% of your course grade.

2. The exam is 25 questions and will be graded using partial credit.

3. Practice final exams can be found below:

If an undue hardship makes it impossible for you to take the exam at the regularly scheduled time you may request an incomplete (I) for the course grade from your instructor. Conflict with work will not ordinarily be considered an undue hardship. Your instructor makes the decision whether to approve your request or not. Incompletes are discouraged and will be given only with sufficient and convincing documentation.

Mathematics Tutoring

The Math Assistance Center (MAC) is staffed by student assistants employed by the department. All students enrolled at Augusta University may use the MAC services free of charge. 

AVAILABILITY

The MAC will not be open for the Summer 2020 semester. We will see you back in the fall!

ONLINE INSTRUCTIONS

We utilizes WebEx and Microsoft Team to conduct tutoring sessions.

The Academic Success Center provides free math tutoring for MATH 1111 College Algebra and MATH 1113 Precalculus. Students can make appointments for online tutoring and coaching.  Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are hosted via Microsoft Teams.
