Enrollment Verification

National Student Clearinghouse

Augusta University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to act as our agent for providing enrollment verifications. Enrollment Verification Information is available for viewing about two weeks after the current term has begun. Students may obtain, at no charge, an Enrollment Certificate which is accessible online through their student system account for a specific term or for the total enrollment history. The Enrollment Certificate is an official document.  Please follow the appropriate steps below to obtain an Enrollment Certification Letter.  If access on line is not available, the information can be obtained by calling (703) 742-4200.  

  1. Access and Login to the POUNCE system
  2. Select Student
  3. Select Enrollment Certification
  4. Click Connect
  5. Select Current or All Enrollment
  6. Click Obtain an Enrollment Certificate

Alumni & Former Students

Alumni and Former students needing enrollment verification may complete the Request for a Certification Letter form and submit to the Registrar's Office. Processing time for these requests is 1-2 business days. This letter will be on official school letterhead, contain the school seal, the current date, and enrollment and degree information
