Due to new credit card processing guidelines our policies and procedures have changed. We can no longer accept mailed or faxed registrations with credit card information. If you wish to register via check please download/print the registration form from the electronic brochure and mail it along with your check to the address listed on the form.
**Please note: Due to the hands-on component of this course space is limited. Pre-registration is required. The registration fee less a $75 administrative charge is refundable if written notice of cancellation is received by Friday August 24, 2018.
Augusta University is not responsible for any circumstance making it impossible to attend their continuing education courses due to acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder or curtailment of transportation facilities. If Augusta University cancels a continuing education course you will be refunded your registration fee.
If you wish to opt out of any photographic images during the CE course, please notify the course director at the time of the program.
