Dr. Mulloy is a Senior Associate Vice President for Research Administration, Charbonnier Professor of Medicine, Chief of the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism and Director of the Endocrinology Training Program at Augusta University.

He is a graduate of Texas A&M University and received a Master of Science degree from the University of California at Davis, Doctor of Philosophy degree from Purdue University, and a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Waterbury Hospital, an affiliated hospital of Yale University and a fellowship in Metabolic and Endocrine Disease at the Medical College of Georgia.

He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism. His clinical activities focus primarily on the evaluation of patients with metabolic bone disease, and he is considered to be the regional expert in these disorders, he is active in clinical research and medical education at Augusta University – Medical College of Georgia. Currently he serves as Senior Assistant Dean for Clinical Translational Research and Senior Associate Vice President for Clinical Research Administration.
