Please print and complete the Cancelation Form and submit the form to Housing and Residence Life.

Form may be submitted via email or in person at Oak Hall. You may also send your cancelation form via regular mail, but the effective date of your cancelation will be the date it is received.

Cancelation Schedule

Spring 2019

  • The application fee/prepayment is non-refundable.
  • A $1,500 cancelation fee will be assessed to any returning student who cancels the spring portion of their contract prior to Spring Move-In Day.
  • A $500 cancelation fee will be assessed to any new student who cancels prior to Spring Move-In Day.
  • A $1,500 cancelation fee will be assessed to any student who cancels after Spring Move-In Day. Additionally a pro-rated housing fee will be charged. After March 15th no refunds will be issued.
  • New students who do not enroll in Augusta University will be charged a $300 cancelation fee.
