Students wanting to cancel their housing contract must take one of the following actions based on the progress of their housing application:
Please print and complete the Cancellation Form and submit the form to Housing and Residence Life.
Form may be submitted via email or in person at Oak Hall. You may also send your cancellation form via regular mail, but the effective date of your cancellation will be the date it is received.

Additionally a pro-rated housing fee will be charged. After October 31st no refunds will be issued. New students who do not enroll in Augusta University will be charged a $300 cancellation fee.
