Please print and complete the Cancellation Form and submit the form to Housing and Residence Life.

Form may be submitted via email or in person at Oak Hall. You may also send your cancellation form via regular mail, but the effective date of your cancellation will be the date it is received.

Cancellation Schedule

Fall 2019

  • The application fee/prepayment is non-refundable. 
  • A $500 cancellation fee will be assessed to any student who cancels after the spring commencement date and prior to July 1st. 
  • A $1,000 cancellation fee will be assessed to any student who cancels from July 2nd until Fall Move-In Day. 
  • A $1,500 cancellation fee will be assessed to any student who cancels after Fall Move-In Day. 

Additionally a pro-rated housing fee will be charged. After October 31st no refunds will be issued. New students who do not enroll in Augusta University will be charged a $300 cancellation fee.
