Managing Health and Wellness In a Pandemic

If you are feeling anxious and stressed about the COVID-19 outbreak, you are not alone. Many students are experiencing higher than normal stress and anxiety levels right now. These are confusing and stressful times for all of us.

As the coronavirus pandemic affects our society globally, it impacts each of us individually as well – and some more than others. Our daily lives are disrupted in ways we could not have imagined a few months ago.  In the midst of all this change, we are all feeling uncertain about the coming weeks, as we work to flatten the curve and slow the spread of this virus.

So how can you maintain positivity and some sense of normalcy during these unsettling times?  One way is by focusing on what you can do, instead what you cannot control. As a result, you will be better able to cope and may even be able to help others as well as yourself.
