Literacy Play Series

Each year, the AU Literacy Center partners with the Augusta University Foundation and Porkchop Productions to facilitate a series of children's literacy plays to increase children's excitement around reading and to increase teacher/parent engagement in increasing their child(ren)'s interest in literature on-stage. Plays are free for both adults and children and are highly sought after by parents and educators across the CSRA.

The plays are hosted on the Augusta University Summerville Campus at the Maxwell Performing Arts Theatre. Plays begin at 9:30 a.m. and 11 a.m.

For more information and to reserve seating, please call the Literacy Center at 706-729-2045.
