Celebrations include a variety of activities, all with the goal of respecting people of all origins and ethnicities. All activities are designed to highlight how diversity positively enhances our lives.



DCG Global Diversity Awareness Month Events 

Each year the DCG sponsors fun and educational events to bring awareness and appreciation to global diversity. 

Mark the Map/Win Prizes

Mark your city, state or country of origin on the maps in the DCG Lobby. Once each week, DCG students from around the world will assist with marking our Global Diversity Awareness map and assisting with our Global Diversity Awareness survey. Prizes awarded for participation!

Cultural Potluck Dinner

Dental Multicultural Association, in partnership with the Hispanic Student Dental Association, would like to invite you all to participate in our annual multicultural potluck! 

We'll have our beloved mascot, Augustus, games, music, and food from around the world. We would love for you all to don your cultural clothes and come celebrate. 

Please sign up for this event using the link below. The deadline to sign up is 10/25/23. Our potluck is $5 to attend OR alternatively, you can bring enough food to feed 10 people. This event counts as 1 credit towards your AU/DCG milestone credits if you bring food!
