Exception/Appeal Process

  • Any disagreement or exception to the Web Governance Guidelines should be communicated to the Web Manager.
    The web manager will work with the individual or group to try to find a solution to the issue. 
  • If a solution cannot be reached the disagreement or exception should be submitted in writing to the Web Management Team and will be put on the agenda for the next scheduled meeting (2nd Tuesday of each month). The WMT will work to find a solution.
  • If no solution can be reached with the WMT the next step is for Jack Evans, VP of Division of Communications and Marketing to bring the issue before the Web Advisory Committee.
