• Fellowship verification requests may be submitted to the Augusta University Rheumatology Academic Office by email.

• Please include a signed verification release form from the resident/alumni. This must be completed before we can release the completed verifications.

• Verification Request Fee - $50

Verification Services are rendered only after your fee payment is received by our office.
