The AU PA program benchmark to evaluate effectiveness in meeting Goal 5 is both of the following criteria to be met:
1) AU PA Program in-state tuition to be within or below 1 standard deviation of the average in-state tuition of the other Southeastern public institutions considered (average in-state for public institutions considered is $61,066 and standard deviation is $7,215).
2) AU PA Program out-of-state tuition to be within or below 1 standard deviation of the average tuition cost for out-of-state students across public and private institutions considered (average out-of-state cost is $93,486 and standard deviation is $18,049).
The red line represents the benchmark for in-state tuition (average + 1 stdev = $68,281) and the pink line represents the benchmark for out-of-state tuition (average + 1 stdev = $111,535).
