Group Fitness Programs


The Group Fitness Program is a fun and unique opportunity for you to reach your fitness and wellness goals! A wide variety of classes are available for all interests and skill levels. Each class is taught by an experienced and certified instructor and is free to students and members.

 class pass is REQUIRED to attend! Passes are available at the front desk 30 minutes prior to the start of each activity on a first come, first served basis. Schedule is subject to change without notice.


Class Descriptions

Barre (50 min) - Barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, and functional training.  The moves are choreographed to motivating music.  Come sculpt, slim, and stretch your entire body!

Bootcamp (50 min) - Mix up your workout routine with this versatile boot camp that blends various styles of HIIT, strength training, and more! 

Core Express (30 min) -  This 30-minute class is the perfect opportunity to squeeze a quick workout into your day!  Using circuit training, instructors are able to blast your core with exercises focusing on core and cardio.

HIIT (50 min) -High Intensity Interval Training-  HIIT is an exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods to maximize muscle exhaustion!

Hula Hoop (50 min)- Come burn calories in a new, fun way!  Hula Hooping is great cardio and easy to learn, making it great for all skill levels.

Insanity (50 min) - This is a completely cardio-based, total body workout that burns ultimate calories and improves your cardio conditioning through the use of high-intensity interval training!  Modifications are used to adapt to any fitness level.

Spinning (50 min) - This class will help increase your cardiovascular endurance as it leads you to pedal your way through a variety of resistance hills, climbs, and intervals.

WERQ (50 min) - Based on the hottest pop and hip-hop music, WERQ is a wildly addictive cardio dance workout designed from  today's biggest hits!

Yoga (50 min) -   Designed to calm the spirit, focus on the mind, and challenge the body.  This class addresses strength and flexibility through a range of yoga poses.  All levels are welcome.

Spin Yoga (50 min) - This class combines indoor cycling and yoga for a high intensity workout in which students pedal through an instructor-led visual ride on stationary bikes followed by yoga.

Zumba (50 min) -  This workout takes movement elements found in traditional Latin dances and incorporates them into a combination of interval and resistance training.
