Lumin Society

INSPIRE THROUGH LEADERSHIP

The Lumin Society, an exclusive student ambassador program at Augusta University who represent the student voice with alumni, donors, and friends of the university. Lumin, meaning light in Latin, serves as the name for this group because these ambassadors serve as lights on our campus. This diverse group of student leaders assists with numerous student, alumni, and presidential events, and helps instill Jaguar pride and tradition around campus and the community. Lumin Society members can also participate in membership and career development opportunities.

Lumin Society members meet formally four times per semester and a 3.0 GPA is required. Interested students can apply for membership in The Lumin Society by clicking the link below and submitting the application. Applicants must also submit a letter of recommendation to alumni@augusta.edu. After you apply, you will be contacted to schedule an interview.
