We are a passionate group of faculty and staff who are focused on providing you with high-quality education while working on cutting-edge research projects.

We offer the following competencies:

  • Graduate Certificate in Public Health
  • Master of Public Health degree with concentration options in 1) Health Informatics and 2) Health Management
  • Master of Science in Allied Health degree with concentration in Nutrition with a Dietetic Internship
  • MD-MPH degree


Our students practice with medical simulators, have access to state-of-the-art equipment and train in highly reputable hospitals and medical centers locally and across the nation. All our academic programs are top-ranked nationally and are accredited by national institutional agencies. We are also proud to educate our students on important aspects of health care delivery such as ethics, patient communication and teamwork.

Research

While contributing to the education of the next generations of health professionals, the Interdisciplinary Health Sciences Department focuses on investigating new models and methodologies related to personalized and precision medicine.

Our faculty are involved in research projects related to environmental health, nutrition, modeling and simulation, e-health, health economics, physical activity, epidemiology and chronic diseases.
