You may have heard that Augusta University has temporarily suspended most in-person events in light of COVID-19 concerns. Therefore, we are no longer hosting our on-campus Admitted Student Day on March 21, 2020 and instead will host a digital experience in April.
In the coming weeks, you’ll receive instructions on how to participate. We apologize for any inconvenience, but have made this decision with your health and wellbeing as our number one priority.
In the meantime, check out our virtual tour, review the accepted student checklist, and connect with us on social media @aug_admissions. Please also watch your email so you don't miss updates during this transition.
If you have questions about this change, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
COVID-19 UPDATE: While we absolutely want to welcome you to the Augusta community as a member of the Fall 2020 incoming class, we understand you may need more time.
To provide you time to make an informed decision, Augusta University will extend the enrollment deposit deadline to June 1st, instead of the traditional May 1st date. Transfer students will still have a rolling admission deadline.
Also, we understand some of you may be impacted by school closures. Rest assured, our office will work to navigate the obstacles this may create in order to ensure your transition to Augusta University is as smooth as possible.

Now, it's time to celebrate: and Admitted Day is our way of doing just that. Admitted Day is our chance to congratulate you on your acceptance, and welcome you to the Augusta University family.
Admitted Day is an exclusive, invitation-only event for our accepted freshmen to explore up close what they can expect as a student at Augusta University. Admitted Day is a great opportunity to take care of all the next steps you need to compete prior to orientation and enrollment.
Please note that accepted students are not required to attend Admitted Day. Orientation, which is required for all entering freshmen, will be offered in the summer.
